All Sales — General

Due to the limited-quantity nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges or replacements for size, fit, or change of mind. Once a size or style sells out, we cannot guarantee availability for any replacement.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@eriofficial.com with your order number and clear photos. If approved, we will issue a refund or a replacement if stock is available.

 

Norway & EEA Customers — Right of Withdrawal 

In accordance with Norwegian and EU consumer law, customers in Norway and the EEA have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@eriofficial.com within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that due to our limited stock model, exchanges or replacements cannot be guaranteed.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

 

International Orders (Outside Norway & EEA) 

All international orders are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for international orders outside Norway and the EEA, except in the case of damaged or incorrect items as described above.
